Baby Quilt

So, as apparently I am a "quilting machine" according to Mom, I am starting (well, have started already...) a baby quilt for Todd. Well, again, not Todd per se, but the baby. Here is the fabric I found today at the fabric store:



Got fabric today, washed and ironed it , cut and sewed it into strips, cut again, sewn again, more ironing in there, and this is what I have created:





It needs to be sewn together, but isn't it lovely? It is going to have two borders on it.... and I think I am going to patch together the leftover fabric to make the back. Need to get batting and I'm all set! Hopefully I get this done before the baby decides to come... uh oh.

OK time to clean and watch Jeopardy... oh yes. my life is exciting....

Mom and Dad are visiting tomorrow, so I have to go vacuum.. haha.
